Vetted Patriots, Inc. provides TMS Loan Tracker and the TrackMyShit, ReturnMyShit, and BorrowMyShit experiences covered by this policy.

• Photos you upload for item inventory, condition checks, and return proof.
• Messages, reviews, reports, listings, recovery tips, and other content you choose to share with authorized participants.
• Safety information such as blocked-user relationships, reported content, report reasons, and moderation outcomes.
• Operational security metadata such as IP address and login activity.

2. How we use information

• Operate account access, loan workflows, alerts, and chain-of-custody history.
• Send transactional reminders and accountability notifications.
• Improve reliability, abuse prevention, and platform quality.
• Honor blocking choices, investigate reports, enforce our Community Safety Rules, and protect users.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with service providers needed to operate the platform (for example, email delivery and hosting).

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authentication controls and encrypted transport where available.

5. Your choices

You can request account-data updates or permanently delete your account in Security settings or through the public account-deletion page. The live account is erased immediately after verification. Inaccessible encrypted backups may persist for up to 365 days. Minimal de-identified custody, transaction, security, fraud, dispute, and legal-compliance records may be retained for up to 7 years when necessary.
